I’m opening up my Scrum Master and Product Owner trainings to the public this year. I’ve been running these formats in-house for client teams for a while – and this year I wanted to make them available beyond company walls, too. What makes my approach a little differentThere are many solid Scrum trainings out there. Mine just leans extra hard into experiential learning. That means:
Certification is optional (and supported)Many participants take PSM I or PSPO I afterward – great if you want it. But the core focus is simple: becoming a better Scrum Master / Product Owner in day-to-day work. Public dates in March, April, MayIf you know someone who’s stepping into a Scrum Master or PO role (or wants to level up in practice), please forward this email. They can grab a seat here: 👉 Scrum Master Training (PSM I optional) 👉 Scrum Product Owner Training (PSPO I optional) All dates are remote/virtual for now. If you prefer a physical location, let me know in which city you would like me to offer a training. A note for fellow Scrum trainersIf you’re a trainer and you’re curious about how I design and facilitate these experiential formats: send me a message with “TRAINER”. We’ll find a good way for me to share the approach – and help you include this hands-on learning to your own trainings. See you in the training room. 🙂 Matthias P.S. If your company wants an in-house version for a whole team: reply with “IN-HOUSE” and a rough headcount, and I’ll send options. |

A team is told to produce a 10-year ROI...
Many teams leave agile workshops inspired, only to revert to old behaviors days later. This article explains why agile values fade so quickly and shows one effective way to make them stick long after the session. How do I make agile values stick after the workshop? One great way to make agile values stick after the workshop is by creating emotionally memorable experiences that people practice together, remember later, and recognize in their daily work, for example through experiential games...
Last time I already mentioned a classic motivation study from the 1940s that should have changed how companies lead people. And despite the results, managers keep focusing on the wrong motivators. Let's look at this study in a little more detail. Here’s the mirror-image effect every leader should understand. The 75-Year-Old Motivation Study Every Leader Still Gets Wrong If you ever needed proof that managers and employees live in two different realities, here it is: the top motivators...
